Individuals and corporations (other than certain public utility corporations regulated by the Georgia Public Service Commission) may contribute to RLF without limitation. The amount of each contribution over $101, together with the name, address and occupation of each contributor, will be filed with the Elections Division of the Office of Secretary of State. Contributions to RLF are not deductible for income tax purpose.
